About Bellville, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Bellville is a village found in Richland County in Ohio. It is part of the Mansfield Metro Statistical Area and home to approximately 1,920 residents. The first settlers came to the community in 1808 from the area that is now known as Fredericktown, and the village started to take shape in 1815. Today’s community is served by the Clear Fork Valley Local School District, and older students will complete their secondary education at Clear Fork High School. Conveniently located just off of I-71, it is easy to visit this lovely village.

The Warren Rupp Observatory features one of the world’s largest amateur-operated telescopes, and if features public observing nights on the first Saturday of each month. Outdoor recreation is available at Palm Park, which features a small playground that is great for young children. Specialty shops are plentiful in Bellville at stores like Carlisle Gifts Bellville, Pumpkin Hollow Antiques, and Bellville Flowers & Gifts, and visitors in need of a treat might like to make a stop at The Dairy Belle or Brumby’s Coffeehouse & Pizzeria.

Bellville is found in a humid continental climate zone, meaning the area experiences four seasons throughout the year. Summer weather is hot and humid. Average high temperatures settle in the low-80s, but even higher thermostat readings are possible. Not only does central air conditioning make indoor conditions more comfortable during this season, but it can also protect furniture and electronic devices from the damage that comes with heat and humidity.

The winter season is drastically different from summer weather, as temperatures are chilly to cold. Average daily highs only reach the low-30s during January and February, and snowstorms are possible throughout the season. A reliable gas or electric furnace is a necessity to keep home interiors warm, to protect valuables, and to prevent expensive pipes and plumbing systems from freezing.
